SFF Character Generator

This generator isn't too specific: it builds characters for science fiction, horror, and urban, historical, or epic fantasy. Use it to give you inspiration for stories or RPGs.

I haven't constrained it to prevent cross-genre characters turning up, such as elves in futuristic settings or aliens in historical fantasy backdrops. I think the success of the Shadowrun series, or Quirk Books' historical mash-ups such as Pride and Prejudice and Zombies, show that you can mix and match characters and settings and have a lot of fun with it.
