It is obvious that she is some kind of celebrity, because she's surrounded by press and cameramen.CAPTION : LONDON, 2095. JADE GOLDBOROUGH IS LEAVING ANOTHER PREMIERE. REPORTER : MISS GOLDBOROUGH! IS IT TRUE THAT YOU'VE BEEN VISITNG A BACKSTREET GENETICIST? FX : SNAP SNAP SNAP 2.In the interior of the limo, Jade Goldborough is talking to her chauffeur. She is bejewelled, but is reaching to remove her diamond earrings. Closer up she is quite unattractive. Her nose is beaky and big, and her skin is blotched with freckles. JADE GOLDBOROUGH : BLOODY NOSY PRESS! GRAHAM, DRIVE AROUND UNTIL WE LOSE THEM, THEN TAKE ME TO THE CLINIC. CHAUFFEUR : WHAT YOU PLAN TO DO IS ILLEGAL, MISS GOLDBOROUGH. JADE : I HIRED YOU TO DRIVE, NOT PREACH. CHAUFFEUR : JUST CONCERNED, IS ALL. 3. Jade is alone now and without jewels, and wearing an ordinary coat to conceal her rich premier clothes. She is opening the door of a small clinic. The door is marked Dr Rowena BrentfordGeneticist4.Jade is facing Dr Brentford, who is standing. Dr Brentford wears a white coat, and she's brunette and fairly attractive. The surroundings are plain, verging on drab, with hospital-like white walls. DOCTOR BRENTFORD : GOOD EVENING, MISS GOLDBOROUGH. DO YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS BEFORE WE BEGIN TREATMENT? 5.Jade and the doctor are seated in the lab room. In front of them is a computer screen, displaying an image of a cell being penetrated by a virus. In the background there are phials, syringes, and other scientific paraphenalia. JADE : HOW DOES IT WORK? DOCTOR B. : WE USE A MODIFIED RETROVIRUS, RV100, TO ALTER YOUR GENES. THE RETROVIRUS PENETRATES YOUR CELLS, ADDING ITSELF TO YOUR EXISTING DNA.
